With your support, the Southwest Pavement Technology Initiative can be a collective voice for pavements through unbiased and rigorous research and effective training activities. Strategically planned core projects and trainings aim at reducing life-cycle cost of pavements and improving their longevity and durability for the betterment of the pavement systems in the region.

The Southwest Pavement Technology Initiative aims to be the hub for pavement research and training activities for the betterment of pavement systems in the region. Core program areas will include pavement materials, construction, preservation and rehabilitation, mechanistic design and sustainable life-cycle management. Funding will support research, training activities, student salaries, tuition, materials/supplies, equipment and more.
