“I’ve learned so much during my semester in the Guest Lab – in addition to taking on a topic I would never have considered before; I was able to use the experience as part of my Barrett Senior Thesis Project.”

Impact of Donor Support

Your donation directly supports our dedicated team of researchers and students. By donating to the Guest Lab fund, you are supporting advancements in gerontology that aim to increase our knowledge of how to improve health outcomes in older age and promote healthy aging. With our emphasis on the social and built environment, the work conducted by our lab touches on nearly every aspect of aging. Our research aims to ensure individuals have the necessary environments and support as they age, including working to ensure a trained and competent gerontological workforce and that caregivers feel engaged and supported. It helps us ensure that we can conduct research that benefits and can be shared with the community. Your support helps us foster greater public understanding and support for aging by disseminating our work. Ultimately, through community engagement, we aim to ensure our findings reach those who need them most.

Our family believes in giving back and sharing the blessings we have received financially and through our time."
