The Del E. Webb School of Construction Recruitment and Student Success Fund supports outreach, recruitment and engagement within the community to build knowledge and pathways for students to join the built environment community. The built environment includes society's physical infrastructure and integrated systems that create the conditions for sustained health, prosperity and social well-being.

The fund pays for the salary of a Del E. Webb School recruitment position, travel and support for building the student community. The school's recruiter has increased enrollment more than 150 percent over a 10-year period, supporting the growing need for critical construction management, engineering and civil engineering professionals here in the Valley and around the world.

Because of you, the Del E. Webb School of Construction will have the dedicated staff to support outreach and engagement within our K-12 community and build a pathway to top careers in the built environment.
